I was going to try and post an erudite and witty comment on this story (note: I said 'try')

However it all seems to have devolved into a bit of ' he said / she said'

Woman denies setting man on fire.

And to be honest, the lassitude has overtaken me once again, so you'll just have to make do with this artists impression of how it may have happened.
